How it Works

  1. Fill out our online quote form
  2. We will email a quote
  3. Approve your quote/request changes then approve
  4. We will contact you for scheduling and a little more info (payment preferences, animals and names, property access, etc.)
  5. We service the home and then check in the following day of the initial clean

How do I pay?

Jobs are expected to be paid upon receipt. We accept all major debit/credit cards directly online from the invoice. If you prefer to pay cash or check, just have it available at the time of service. All clients are expected to have a card on file.

Do I need to be home when you arrive?

Client does not need to be home upon arrival. Leading up to their service we send a form where they can give us property access information (hidden key, code, app, etc.)

What do I need to do to get ready for services?

Every service comes with light tidying, please don’t leave rooms full of clutter or stuff on the floor. Approximately 5 minutes or less of picking up per room. Sinks full of dishes will be an additional charge as well (we will service one side of the sink complimentary). We can add a more extensive tidying package if needed and offer organizing services as well.

Do you provide supplies?

We provide all supplies except for toilet brushes and wastebasket liners

Are you pet friendly?

We LOVE pets. We do not mind them being out as long as they do not show aggression.
